WAIVE further reading and ADOPT Resolution 15-115, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING PERMANENT SAFETY MEASURES IN REGARDS TO CERTAIN REMEDIAL RECOMMENDATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE FINDINGS RELATED TO THE CITY CLERK IN BOTH THE INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION REPORT OF CREASON & AARVIG, LLP, DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 2015 AS WELL AS THE SUPPLEMENTAL INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION REPORT OF CREASON & AARVIG, LLP, DATED OCTOBER 15, 2015 3.
