MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:02 PM Monday, November 08, 2010 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Anderson Council Member Miller Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Those absent were: None Also present were: Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Sherry Patten, Community and Government Affairs Manager Allison Wittern, Public Information and Special Events Manager Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. Pledge of Allegiance; 6:02 PM. Mayor Noon led the Pledge of Allegiance. D. PROCLAMATION NO. 2010-P-14 A PROCLAMATION OF THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF CENTENNIAL, COLORADO HONORING ALL VETERANS AND PROCLAIMING NOVEMBER 11, 2010 AS CENTENNIAL VETERANS’ DAY Mayor Noon presented Proclamation No. 2010-P-14 to Sgt. PROCLAMATION NO. 2010-P-15 A PROCLAMATION OF THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF CENTENNIAL, COLORADO PROCLAIMING NOVEMBER 8, 2010 AS TUSKEGEE AIRMEN DAY IN CENTENNIAL, COLORADO Mayor Noon presented Proclamation 2010-P-15 to the Tuskegee Airmen representative; 6:16 PM. Council Member Moon left the dais at 6:26 PM. E. Elections Ordinance and Redistricting Follow-up - Joint Meeting - Centennial Election Commission; 6:26 PM Brenda Madison, City Clerk and Chairperson of the Election Commission, presented. Members of the Election Commission, along with Assistant City Attorneys Kathie Guckenberger and Maureen Juran, were present to answer questions from Council. F. Reports Reports were moved from the Regular Meeting Agenda. a. City Manager; 6:34 PM Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager, made a brief report. b. City Attorney (None) c. City Clerk (None) d. Council Members; 6:38PM Council Members Gardner and Bosier made brief reports. G. Mayor's Report and Comments; 6:44 PM Mayor Noon made a brief report. H.
