MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, January 09, 2012 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM. B. Laurie Baker and Linda Haley from Arapahoe County discussed the administration of the CDBG projects. Mike Connor, Deputy Director of Public Works, answered questions from Council. E. 2012 Street Rehabilitation Program - Briefing/Discussion; 7:02 PM Mike Connor, Deputy Director of Public Works, introduced the 2012 Street Rehabilitation Program. Michael Terry, CIP Engineer, and Ron Adderley, CIP Construction Coordinator, presented and answered questions from Council. The meeting was recessed at 7:41 PM and reconvened at 7:43 PM. F. Center Park Rules, Regulations and Administrative Policies - Briefing/Discussion; 7:54 PM Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager/Director of Community Development, and Gary Wilson, Long-Range Planning Manager, presented. G. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 9:15 PM.
