Members Present: Michael Gerald, Gregory Suma, Richard Stys, Bernadette Helkowski, and. Members Absent: Danny Petroff. Also, Present: None AGENDA ITEM 2 A. - Approval of the Aqenda Motion by Trustee Stys to approve the agenda was seconded by Trustee Helkowski. AYES:4 NAYS: None Motion carried 4 - 0. ABSENT: Danny Petroff AGENDA ITEM 3 - Public Comment Seeing there was no one in the audience this item was closed. AGENDA ITEM 4 - Approval of the minutes A. Approval of the Regular Meeting Minutes held on November 12, 2019. A motion by Trustee Helkowski to approve the minutes was seconded by Trustee Suma. AYES:4 NAYS: None Motion carried 4 - 0. Resolution for the Center Line Police and Fire Retirement Commission meeting dates for 2020. Trustee Suma said that Mr. Brice has a conflict on February 11, 2020 and asked if we could move the time to 3:00 p.m. Motion by Trustee Stys to approve the P & F Retirement Commission meeting dates for 2020 with the adjustment for February "l 1, 2020 was seconded by Trustee Helkowski. AYES:4 NAYS: None Motion carried 4 - 0. ABSENT: Danny Petroff Vice-chairperson Gerald said he would be in Trials all the month of January. Trustee Suma commented that the Commission holds Officer elections at its January meeting and if Vice- chairperson Gerald wanted to remain as Vice-chairperson that he should submit his proxy to Chairman Petroff for the vote. AYES:4 NAYS: None Motion carried 4 - 0. ABSENT: Danny Petroff B. Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Co.: June 30, 2019 GASB Statement 67 & 68. Invoice No. 450979 Dated: November 20, 2019 - $ 9,000.00. ABSENT: Danny Petroff AGENDA ITEM '14 - Commission Members Comments Trustee Helkowski made mention of the cookie walk on Saturday December 12, 2019 which is a fundraiser for the Friends of the Center Line City Library. She indicated this is the biggest fundraiser for this committee. Trustee Suma wished everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. All other Trustees wished a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
