Daquioag , Michael E. Fox, Daniel Hatley, Joseph Parrish, and Carl Schuler Absent 4 - Paul Bungard, Phillip Lyons, Katherine Murphy, and Josephine Tetteh Secretary reads procedures into the record Approval of Agenda Announcements Mr. Mason announced his retirement at the end of September. Jake Lowman will serve as the new Liaison to the Board, with Becky McDonnell serving as Assistant Liaison to the Board. Mr. Karpinos announced that Matt Sullivan will serve as Counsel to the Board at the August meeting. Petitions Approval of Minutes 1. June 7, 2018 Minutes [18-0637] Page 1 of 3 Board of Adjustment Meeting Minutes July 12, 2018 A motion was made by Fox, seconded by Schuler, that these Minutes be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business New Business 2. Dimensional Variance: 108 Timberlyne Court [18-0638] A motion was made by Schuler, seconded by Bakst, that Alternative Resolution A be approved, to approve the variance, with an amendment that Town Council Liaision attend one of the next three meetings to provide an update. The motion was denied by the following vote: Aye: 7 - Chair Bartow, Vice-Chair Godfrey, Bakst, Bass, Fox, Hatley, and Schuler Nay: 2 - Daquioag, and Parrish A motion was made by Hatley, seconded by Vice-Chair Godfrey, that this Discussion Item be tabled to the October meeting, on 10/4/2018. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 3. Dimensional Variance: 807 Old Mill Road [18-0639] A motion was made by Vice-Chair Godfrey, seconded by Parrish, to approve Alternative Resolution A, to approve the variance. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 8 - Chair Bartow, Vice-Chair Godfrey, Bass, Daquioag, Fox, Hatley, Parrish, and Schuler Nay: 1 - Bakst Adjournment Next Meeting - August 2, 2018 A motion was made by Vice-Chair Godfrey, seconded by Daquioag, to adjourn the meeting. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.
