Daquioag , and Phillip Lyons Secretary reads procedures into the record Approval of Agenda Announcements Petitions Approval of Minutes 1. July 12, 2018 Minutes [18-0643] A motion was made by Vice-Chair Godfrey, seconded by Tetteh, that these Minutes be approved, with an amendment to reflect the motion made by Mr. Schuler at the previous meeting. The motion to approve the minutes as Page 1 of 3 Board of Adjustment Meeting Minutes August 2, 2018 amended carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business New Business 2. After-the-Fact Dimensional Variance: 1103 Roosevelt Drive [18-0644] A motion was made by Murphy, seconded by Tetteh, that Resolution B be approved, to deny the variance. The motion failed by the following vote: Aye: 5 - Chair Bartow, Vice-Chair Godfrey, Murphy, Parrish, and Tetteh Nay: 3 - Fox, Hatley, and Schuler A motion was made by Hatley, seconded by Fox, that Resolution A be approved, to approve the variance. The motion failed by the following vote: Aye: 4 - Vice-Chair Godfrey, Fox, Hatley, and Schuler Nay: 4 - Chair Bartow, Murphy, Parrish, and Tetteh 3. Appeal of Planning Commission Decision: 428 W. Cameron [18-0645] Avenue Subdivision A motion was made by Murphy, seconded by Tetteh, to approve Resolution A, with the amendment to include the stipulations included in the resolution from the Planning Commission. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7 - Chair Bartow, Vice-Chair Godfrey, Fox, Murphy, Parrish, Schuler, and Tetteh Nay: 1 - Hatley Adjournment Next Meeting - September 6, 2018 A motion was made by Vice-Chair Godfrey, seconded by Tetteh, to adjourn the meeting at 12:15 am. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.
