November 12, 2019 Meeting Minutes [19-0125] A motion was made by Hatley, seconded by Daquioag, to approve the November 12, 2018 meeting minutes, with a correction to change the date from 2019 to 2018. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 2. February 7, 2019 Meeting Minutes [19-0126] Page 1 of 3 Board of Adjustment Meeting Minutes February 21, 2019 A motion was made by Hatley, seconded by Daquioag, to approve the February 7, 2019 meeting minutes. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business 3. Board Priorities [19-0139] A motion was made by Vice-Chair Godfrey, seconded by Parrish, to adopt the Board Priorities as summarized by Town Staff. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7 - Chair Bartow, Vice-Chair Godfrey, Daquioag, Fox, Hatley, Lyons, and Parrish Nay: 1 - Schuler New Business 4. Appeal: 111 Purefoy Road (Project #18-117) - Planning [19-0001] Commission Decision A motion was made by Hatley, seconded by Parrish, to approve Resolution A, a resolution to overturn the Planning Commission's October 16, 2018 decision to deny a Site Plan Review Application for the construction of the Purefoy Road Apartments at 111 Purefoy Road. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7 - Chair Bartow, Vice-Chair Godfrey, Fox, Hatley, Lyons, Parrish, and Schuler Nay: 1 - Daquioag Discussion A motion was made by Vice-Chair Godfrey, seconded by Daquioag, to approve the submittal of a petition to Council requesting a review of all Neighborhood Conservation Districts to ensure that regulations are consistent with Council's intent, particularly in regard to multifamily developments.
