Approval of Agenda
Announcements
Chair Bartow notified the Board that several member's terms are expiring in the
summer and requested that all eligible members reapply if interested.
Petitions
New Business
1. Resource Conservation District, Jordan Riparian Buffer, and [19-0184]
Dimensional Variances: 817 Tinkerbell Road (Project 18-124)
A motion was made by Lyons, seconded by Vice-Chair Godfrey, to approve
Resolution B, a resolution to deny the variances requested for the
construction of a new single family residence at 817 Tinkerbell Road. The
motion carried by the following vote:

Aye: 8 - Chair Bartow, Vice-Chair Godfrey, Daquioag, Fox, Hatley,
Lyons, Murphy, and Parrish
Nay: 1 - Bass
2. Appeal: 1 Mint Springs Lane (Project 18-136) - Historic District [19-0185]
Commission Decision
A motion was made by Parrish, seconded by Daquioag, to approve Resolution
A, a resolution to overturn the Historic District Commission's October 16, 2018
decision to deny a Certificate of Appropriateness for the addition of a single
bay garage, roof extension, and driveway expansion at 1 Mint Springs Lane.
The motion was amended to include the Board's recommendations to the
Historic District Commission, including a request for more analysis of why the
facts of a case support the Historic District Commission's conclusions. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 7 - Bass, Daquioag, Fox, Hatley, Lyons, Murphy, and Parrish
Nay: 2 - Chair Bartow, and Vice-Chair Godfrey

until a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.
