The motion carried unanimously. Announcements Page 1 of 3 Board of Adjustment Meeting Minutes May 6, 2021 The Board noted that greater than 10 members were present. Members Hatley and Sapp volunteered to be excused from the variance hearing, as only 10 members are necessary for a vote. Petitions Approval of Minutes 1. April 1, 2021 Draft Meeting Minutes [21-0369] A motion was made by Green, seconded by Boucher, to approve the April 1, 2021 meeting minutes. The motion carried unanimously. Old Business New Business 2. 625 Sugarberry Road: Jordan Riparian Buffer Variance [21-0370] A motion was made by Strada, seconded by Boucher, to adopt Resolution B, a resolution to deny the Resource Conservation District variance request. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 9 - Chair Joseph Parrish, Vice-Chair Katherine Murphy, Nathan Boucher, Brian Godfrey, Geoffrey Green, Thomas Grasty, Phillip Lyons, Michael Murphy, and Andrew Strada Nay: 1 - James Bartow Excused: 2 - Daniel Hatley, and Betty Sapp Adjournment Next Meeting - June 3, 2021 Order of Consideration of Agenda Items: 1.
