Kathryn Jagoda Page 1 of 3 Board of Adjustment Meeting Minutes June 3, 2021 was appointed as well but subsequently withdrew her application. The Board also noted that greater than 10 members were present. Members Strada and Lyons volunteered to be excused from the variance hearing, as only 10 members are necessary for a vote. Petitions Approval of Minutes 1. May 6, 2021 Meeting Minutes [21-0489] A motion was made by Hatley, seconded by Green, to approve the May 6, 2021 meeting minutes. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business New Business 2. 758 Old Mill Road: After-the-Fact Dimensional Variance [21-0490] A motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Grasty, to adopt Resolution B, a resolution to deny the variance request, due to a lack of evidence to prove significant hardship for the fourth finding. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.
