June 3, 2021 Meeting Minutes [21-0750] A motion was made by Green, seconded by Hatley, that the June 3, 2021 Meeting Minutes be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business New Business 2. 103 New Parkside Drive - Appeal of Staff Decision [21-0751] A motion was made by Wortman, seconded by Lyons, to adopt Resolution B, a resolution to deny the appeal and uphold the staff decision. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 3. Officer Elections [21-0752] A motion was made by Godfrey, seconded by Strada, to appoint Geoffrey Green as the Board Chair. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. A motion was made by Strada, seconded by Lyons, to appoint Brian Godfrey as the Board Vice Chair. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
