A motion was made by Bench to approve the Agenda; no second or vote.
Announcements
Bench made an announcement congratulating Ryan on her election to the Chapel
Hill Town Council. Her final Planning Commission meeting will be December 3rd.
Petitions
Approval of Minutes
1. Planning Commission Minutes for November 5, 2019 [19-0946]
A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Rummel, that the agenda be
approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
Old Business
2. UNC Health Care Eastowne Development Agreement Update [19-0947]
A discussion was held regarding the UNC Health Care Eastowne
Development Agreement that was presented at the Joint Advisory Board
meeting on November 19, 2019. The Commission asked questions and

provided comment on the topics they had heard, including but not limited to
housing, buildable area, environmental factors, parking, pedestrian
connections, and use types.
New Business
3. 203 Battle Lane: Site Plan Review Application (Change of Use) [19-0948]
A motion was made by Whitlow, seconded by Webber, that the Site Plan be
approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.

A motion to adjourn was made by Bench; no second or vote.
