John Rees made a motion to approve the agenda, with an amendment to remove
Item 4, the motion was carried by unanimous vote

A motion was by John Rees, seconded by Wes Mcmahon to approve the
March 21, 2023 Meeting
Minutes. The motion was carried by a unanimous vote.

2. Complete Community Vision - Update to Chapel Hill 2020 [23-0279]
Complete Community Strategy
A motion was made by Wesley Mcmahon, seconded by Theodore Nollert, to
recommend that the Council adopt Complete Communities as part of
Comprehensive Plan. The motion passed 7-0.
3. Shaping Our Future - Transit Oriented Development and Land [23-0280]
Use Management Ordinance (LUMO) Update
A motion was made by Wesley Mcmahon, seconded by Erik Valera, to
recommend that the Council adopt Shaping Our Future, Transit Oriented
Development and Land Use Management Ordinance. The motion passed 7-0.
4. Mobility Plan Update [23-0281]
Removed from the agenda
5. Conditional Zoning Application for Barbee Chapel Apartments at [23-0282]
5101 Barbee Chapel Road
Jon Rees moved, and Theodore Nollert seconded a motion to recommend
that
the Council adopt Resolution A (Resolution of Consistency). The motion

carried 7-0
Jon Rees moved, and Theodore Nollert seconded a motion to recommend
that
the Council adopt Ordinance A (Approving the Application). The motion
carried 7-0 with an attached matrix and comments as supplements to their
recommendation. The motion carried 7-0
6. PC Supplemental Comments on South Creek [23-0283]
A motion was made to approve the PC Supplemental Comments on South
Creek, the motion was carried by unanimous vote

Wes Mcmahon made a motion to adjourn. The motion carried by a unanimous
vote.
