Elizabeth Losos motioned, seconded by E. Strother Murray-ndinga, to
approve the Site Plan for 602 Craig Street. The motion passed 9-0.
2. 111 N Roberson Site Plan [23-0610]
Elizabeth Losos motioned, seconded by E. Strother Murray-ndinga, to
approve the Site Plan for 602 Craig Street. The motion passed 9-0. Louie
Rivers and Chuck Mills abstained
Aye: 7 - Chair Jonathan Mitchell, Chair Elizabeth Losos, Geoffrey
Green, Vice-Chair Wesley Mcmahon, E. Strother
Murray-ndinga, Theodore Nollert, and Erik Valera
Abstain: 2 - Chuck Mills, and Louie Rivers
3. St. Paul Village Conditional Zoning [23-0611]
Theodore Nollert made a motion, seconded by Erik Valera, to find motion to
find the application consistent with comp plan. The motion passed 9-0.
Theodore Nollert made a motion, seconded by Wesley Mcmahon, to
recommend that Council approve the application, without reservation, of
Ordinance A with attached matrix, and a comment highlighting that
connectivity to other nodes in Chapel Hill and Carrboro through Greenways to
this site is an important element of the plan. The motion passed 9-0.

control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the
meeting until a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.
