1. June 20th, 2023 Meeting Minutes [23-0625]
A motion was by Wesley Mcmahon, seconded by Stother Murray-ndinga to
approve the
June 20, 2023 Meeting Minutes. The motion was carried by a 8-0 vote.

2. 2200 Homestead Road - Modification to Conditional Zoning [23-0626]
District
Wesley Mcmahon made a motion, seconded by Strother Murray-ndinga, to
recommend
approval of Ordinance A. The motion passed 8-0.
Wesley Mcmahon made a motion, seconded by Strother Murray-ndinga, to
recommend
approval of Resolution A. The motion passed 8-0.
3. 157 East Rosemary CZD [23-0627]
Elizabeth Losos made a motion, seconded by Stother Murray-ndinga, to
recommend
approval of Ordinance A with the attached matrix and special attention paid to
the buffer issues with the northern neighbors. The motion passed 8-0.
Wesley Mcmahon made a motion, seconded by Geoffrey Green, to
recommend
approval of Resolution A. The motion passed 7-1. Jon Mitchell opposed.
Planning Commission Chair and Vice-Chair Elections
Jon Mitchell nominated Elizabeth Losos to the position of Planning Commission
Chair and Wesley Mcmahon to the position of Planning Commission Vice Chair.

Theodore Nollert made a motion, seconded by Geoffrey Green, to appoint the
nominees to Chair and Vice Chair. The motion passed 8-0.
