1. August 21st, 2023 Meeting Minutes [23-0646]
Geoff Green made a motion, seconded by Jon Mitchell, to approve the August
21, 2023 Meeting Minutes. The motion was carried by a 7-0 vote.
2. September 5th, 2023 Meeting Minutes [23-0647]
Jon Mitchell made a motion, seconded by Geoff Green, to approve the
September 5, 2023 Meeting Minutes. The motion was carried by a 7-0 vote.

3. Chapel Hill Crossings Conditional Zoning Application Update [23-0648]
Update on Chapel Hill Crossings Conditional Zoning Application heard by
Planning Commission. No vote was taken.
Zoning Atlas Amendment
4. Hillmont Conditional Zoning Application [23-0649]
Theodore Nollert made a motion, seconded by Louie Rivers, to recommend
approval of Ordinance A with the attached matrix and to recommend approval
of Resolution A. The motion passed 9-0.
