MINUTES CITY OF CHEROKEE VILLAGE, ARKANSAS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING 6: 30 P. M., FRIDAY, AUGUST 27, 2021 CHEROKEE VILLAGE CITY HALL meetings are video recorded) Roll was called by Clerk Deb Weichinger. Present were Jerry Adams, Eddie Ishmael, Rob Smith, Steve Thompson, Mayor Stokes, and city attorney Jon Abele. Present Thomas Rupard, Pamela Rowland and Attorney Stone ( by phone). Absent: Carr Hill and Chuck Kristopeit. Council Member Rob Smith made a motion to reconsider the vote regarding the settlement proposal, second by Council Member Eddie Ishmael. Roll call vote passed unanimously to reconsider settlement proposal. After some discussion, roll call vote was unanimous to take the settlement. ADJOURNMENT: Council Member Smith moved to adjourn the meeting at 6: 54 p. m., second by Council Member Thompson and meeting was adjourned.
