Approval of Bills: Warrants dated March 21st and March 28th D. Public Input: Each speaker is asked to direct their comments to the Chair and keep their remarks to 5 minutes. E. Communications: 1. Request from Chicopee High School to use Szot Park for Graduation on Thursday, June 5th. 2. Request from Cpt. Lambert of the Chicopee Police Department to hold the Annual Bike Rodeo at Sarah Jane Park on Saturday, June 14th. 3. Other Communications F. Maintenance Report: 1. Parks Labor Force: Current Park openings: (1) 6L – Public Works Craftsman, (4) 5L – MEO/Laborer, (4) Temporary Laborers. All other positions are filled. G. Recreation Report: 1. Adult Rec Programs: Tang Soo Do Korean Martial Arts, Yoga 2. Adult Rec Leagues: Volleyball – Playoffs end April 16th. Men’s Basketball – Playoffs end April 13th. Softball – Beginning May 4th. 3. Youth Rec Leagues: Youth Baseball/Softball – Practices on-going. Games begin April 26th 4. Youth Rec Programs: Tang Soo Do Korean Martial Arts. 5. Aquatics: Winter Open Swim / Swim Lessons – Complete. 6. Safety: CPR/First Aid/AED – April and May classes. 7. Trips: Boston Red Sox at Chicago Cubs – July 18-21 8. OPEE: June 30th – August 8th 9. Events: Easter – April 12th, Fireworks – June 28th, Movie Nights – July and August. 10. Concerts: Aldenville Summer Concerts – July 1st – August 12th. 11. Recreation openings: Umpires, Camp Director, Asst. Camp Director, Specialist, Sr. Counselor, Jr. Counselor, Aquatics Director, Head Lifeguard, Lifeguard Instructor, Leader of Rec., Asst. Rec. Leader. H. Old Business: 1. Bemis Pond Dam Removal – Work resuming April 7th. Planning for Phase II. 2. Szot Master Plan – Phase I design and ARPA funds. 3.
