Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE: CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 8/14/2023 – Email from ARPA reporting – 3 new uses for ARPA money allowed: 1. Natural Disasters 2. Community development 3. Surface transportation projects. – see handout 2. 8/15/2023 – DNR – Burning permits have been restricted/suspended due to very little rain, through the weekend (8/19-8/20/2023) 3. 8/21/23 – General Waste – front load dumpsters – see email OLD BUSINESS: 1. Katie Betters well – last payment – Supervisor Strgar to provide a letter to Katie NEW BUSINESS: 1. Work Priority Sheets are in the packets. 2. Community center keys – Incident at the cc on Friday, August 11th with Bunco Club – need a list of people who have keys 3. Snowplowing – 56xx Hwy 84 – gate key needed? 4. Snowplowing – is Balkan raising the cost of snowplowing this year? The snowplow agreement is ready for approval. 5. Approval to order Balkan Animal Fair postcards and mail them – 6. V.O.T.E.R.
