Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE: CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 8/25/2023 - Donation of $100 for Balkan Animal Fair from Kraus-Anderson 2. 8/31/2023 - New Roth 457 option for MSRS MN DCP Roth catch-up – effective 1/1/2024- see handout in chairman’s folder OLD BUSINESS: 1. Lorrie – letter hasn’t been sent – wait until after meeting 2. Special event ahead roll-up signs – for 1-3 signs- $92.40 each 36” – see handout NEW BUSINESS: 3. Work Priority Sheets are in the packets. 4. Vacation request – 9/11-9/15/23 – 40 hours – need approval and signatures 5. Chippewa Valley Equipment – New ditching bucket 62” fits to CAT 312 – need approval for purchase – check is in the packet – Dirk will pick up. 6.
