Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE: CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 10/20/2023 – MP&L – changes to dual fuel – see chairman’s folder 2. 10/20/2023 – Chisholm Kiwanis Club to attend a meeting Nov 2, to discuss our organization, learn about upcoming events, etc. 3. 10/26/2023 – MPCA funding to replace heavy duty diesel machinery – Nov 1st grant info session 2 pm – Application due 12/20/2023 4:30pm – see handout OLD BUSINESS: 1. Letter of Support for Chisholm Ambulance – Advanced life support certification – Sent to Tiffany Larson, Director of Ambulance services – See letter sent 10/25/2023 2. PERA letter to employees – see handout in packet - 3 canister site employees are on PERA now. 3. ARPA money to be used for fitness club classes is an approved use – see handout - Shari 4. Chuk – snow plowing 2023-2024 NEW BUSINESS: 1. Work Priority Sheets are in the packets. 2. Days used for PT operators – 23 days used – 43 days left 3. Lakes Gas – propane bid - $1.599 per gal. 4.
