with the original punch list work. We are pushing to get all final information from them
to get this project closed -following Town consideration of the final numbers and time
extension request.
1
2. MI Homes / Tamarack Development: Section 2 construction work continues with
sanitary sewer installation. We issued comments to the resubmittal for Section 3
resubmittal on June 5, 2020. We are awaiting responses.
3. I & I Reduction Project: The contractor (3D) continues with restoration and an additional
spot repair found with the video work to do. The lining subcontractor (SAK) is on week
2 of their lining and it has gone well reportedly. Additional yard and drive restoration
have occurred. As discussed, a line segment on Bay Shore Drive cannot be lined due to a
needed spot repair that is too close to the house. We are looking at replacement with a
new alignment or pipe bursting – we just today received the proposal from 3D on the pipe
bursting and it is under review. We have asked for an updated schedule including the
manhole lining. Once we have more firm numbers and final scope for some of these
items, we can revisit the remaining funds and sewer options to use them.
