TOWN OF CICERO TOWN COUNCIL STAFF MEETING MINUTES THURSDAY, JULY 13, 2023 at 7:00 PM Call to Order: President Blueher called the meeting to order. Present: Chad Blueher Absent: Jerry Cook Joe Cox Eric Hayden Chris Lutz Others Present: Rhonda Gary, Clerk Treasurer Dan Strong, Project Coordinator 1. Town Council – Budget review. 2. Parks – Superintendent Hunter presented his 2024 budget to the council. 3. Clerk Treasurer – Ms. Gary presented the 2024 budgets for the Clerk Treasurer, CCD, CCI, GO Bond, Town Council and Trash to the council. 4. Project Coordinator – Mr. Strong gave the council some updates. Motion to Adjourn: Mr. Cox made the motion. Mr. Cook seconded, motion carried. Signatures on Official Documents!
