MINUTES CITY OF CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY SPECIAL MEETING OCTOBER 15, 2014 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING: 8:06 A.M. Roll Call. Present: Denise Loustalot, Mayor Gina Fortino Dickson, Vice Mayor Joey Luiz, Councilmember Jeri Spittler, Councilmember Absent: Joyce Overton, Councilmember Staff: Joan Phillipe, City Manager Melissa Swanson, City Clerk Doug Herren, Director of Public Works BUSINESS 1. Award of Bid for the City’s Redbud Park Thompson Harbor Launch Project Director of Public Works Herren gave the staff report. ACTION: It was moved by Councilmember Luiz and seconded by Councilmember Spittler to award bid for the City’s Redbud Park Thompson Harbor Boat Launch Project to Argonaut Constructors in the amount of $888,649.50. The motion passed with a unanimous roll call vote, with Councilmember Overton absent. It was moved by Councilmember Luiz and seconded by Councilmember Spittler to approve Resolution No. 2014-22, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Clearlake Amending the City of Clearlake 2014-15 Budget by Authorizing Inter-Fund Transfers to Adequately Fund the Redbud Park Project, and read it by title only. The motion passed with a unanimous roll call vote, with Councilmember Overton absent. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned at 8:13 A.M.
