MINUTES CITY OF CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING FEBRUARY 4, 2016 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING: 6:00 P.M. Roll Call. Present: Russell Perdock, Mayor Gina Fortino Dickson, Vice Mayor Denise Loustalot, Councilmember Joyce Overton, Councilmember Bruno Sabatier, Councilmember Staff: Greg Folsom, City Manager Tim Celli, Police Lieutenant Melissa Swanson, City Clerk Doug Herren, Director of Public Works Chris Becnel, Director of Finance Lee Lambert, Building Inspector BUSINESS 1. Midyear Progress Report City Manager Folsom gave the staff report. No action was taken by the Council on this item. 2. Mid-Year Financial Review FYE 2016 Director of Finance Becnel gave the staff report. ACTION: It was moved by Councilmember Overton and seconded by Councilmember Sabatier to approve Resolution 2016-08, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Clearlake Adopting the City of Clearlake Mid-Year Budget Adjustments to the FYE 2016 Budget, adding $20,000 to the line item for Public Works trucks. The motion passed with a unanimous roll call vote.
