MINUTES CITY OF CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MAY 4, 2016 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING: 5:07 P.M. Roll Call. Present: Russell Perdock, Mayor Joyce Overton, Councilmember Bruno Sabatier, Councilmember Absent: Gina Fortino Dickson, Vice Mayor Staff: Greg Folsom, City Manager Melissa Swanson, City Clerk BUSINESS 1. Consideration of Rejection of Bids for the Highlands Park Visitor Center Stucco Repairs Located at 14295 Lakeshore Drive City Manager Folsom gave the staff report. ACTION: It was moved by Councilmember Overton and seconded by Councilmember Sabatier to reject all bids and authorize staff to re-advertise the project. The motion passed with a unanimous voice vote, with Vice Mayor Fortino Dickson absent.
