MINUTES CITY OF CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 21, 2013 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING: 6:00 P.M. Roll Call. Present: Joyce Overton, Mayor Denise Loustalot, Vice Mayor Joey Luiz, Councilmember Jeri Spittler, Councilmember Absent: Gina Fortino Dickson, Councilmember Staff: Joan Phillipe, City Manager Craig Clausen, Chief of Police Melissa Swanson, City Clerk BUSINESS 1. Report on Temporary Moratorium on New Construction and Major Remodels on the Lakeshore Drive Corridor from Olympic Drive to Old Highway 53 Joan Phillipe gave the staff report. ACTION: It was moved by Councilmember Luiz and seconded by Councilmember Spittler to receive and issue the report. The motion passed with a 4-0-1 voice vote, with Councilmember Fortino Dickson absent. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned at 6:10 P.M.
