MINUTES CITY OF CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT SUCCESSOR AGENCY SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 25, 2013 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING: 9:00 A.M. Roll Call. Present: Joyce Overton, Mayor Denise Loustalot, Vice Mayor Gina Fortino Dickson, Councilmember Joey Luiz, Councilmember Jeri Spittler, Councilmember Staff: Melissa Swanson, City Clerk Doug Herren, Director of Public Works BUSINESS 1. Ratification of the Proclamation by the Director of Emergency Services Declaring a Local Emergency in Relation to the Windstorm of November 21 – 22, 2013 Melissa Swanson gave the staff report. Doug Herren gave an update on the extent of the damage and work done during the storm. ACTION: It was moved by Councilmember Luiz and seconded by Councilmember Fortino Dickson to ratify proclamation and set the next review of said proclamation for the December 12, 2013 regular Council meeting.
