Present: Denise Loustalot, Vice Mayor Joey Luiz, Councilmember Jeri Spittler, Councilmember Gina Fortino Dickson, Councilmember Absent: Joyce Overton, Mayor Staff: Joan Phillipe, City Manager Craig Clausen, Chief of Police Adeline Brown, Deputy City Clerk PUBLIC HEARING 1. Public Hearing to Consider of Adoption of Ordinance No. 2013-166: An Interim Urgency Ordinance of the City of Clearlake Making Findings and Extending the Provisions of a Temporary Building Moratorium on Lakeshore Drive between Olympic Drive and Old Highway 53 Joan Phillipe gave the staff report. Vice Mayor Loustalot opened the Public Hearing at 6:10 p.m. Vincent Metzger spoke against the item. Quincy Jackson spoke against the item. A citizen (unable to record her name) spoke against the item. Estelle Creel spoke against the item. Denise Rockenstein had questions on the item answered by staff. Vice Mayor Loustalot closed the Public Hearing at 6:25 p.m. No action was taken by Council on this item. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned at 6:38 P.M.
