Roll Call. Council Present: Bruno Sabatier, Mayor Phil Harris, Vice Mayor Nick Bennett, Councilmember Joyce Overton, Councilmember Committee Present: Curt Giambruno, Chair Henry Bornstein, Member Ray Silva, Member Dirk Slooten, Member Absent: Mike Vandiver, Member Staff: Greg Folsom, City Manager Ryan Jones, City Attorney Jan Brejska, Recording Secretary Chris Becnel, Director of Finance Doug Herren, Public Works Director BUSINESS: 1. Measure V Joint City Council/Oversight Committee Meeting to Review Expenditure and Progress Finance Director Becnel gave the staff report. COMMITTEE ACTION: It was moved by Member Slooten and seconded by Member Bornstein to adopt Resolution No. OC 2018-01, A Resolution of the Measure V Oversight Committee of the City of Clearlake Declaring Compliance with Section 3-7.14 of Ordinance No. 189-2016. The motion passed with a unanimous roll call vote, with Member Vandiver absent.
