(consent) 7.3 ID#21-9839 Approve a contract (purchase order) from Garland/DBS, Inc., of Cleveland, Ohio, for roof restoration and repairs of sections A2 and A3 of BayCare Ballpark, in an amount not to exceed $129,719.70, which includes a 10% contingency, pursuant to Clearwater Code of Ordinances Section 2.563(1)(c) Cooperative Contracts and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same.
