(consent) 4.2 ID#19-6052 Approve the memorandum of understanding between the City of Clearwater and St Petersburg College - Clearwater East Community Library to provide the City of Clearwater access to utilize the Library’s parking lot for the purpose of a Point of Distribution for 2019 emergencies/events as outlined in the agreement and authorize the City Manager or designee to enter into and approve standard memorandum of understandings for future use of private properties by the City’s Emergency Management. Information Technology 7.1 ID#19-6134 Approve a revised combined agreement with CenturyLink, Inc. of Monroe, LA for telecommunications and internet services in the amount of $330,000 for Fiscal Year 2019 through Fiscal Year 2021 and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same. (consent) 7.2 ID#19-6102 Approve a contract and award RFP 35-18 to PermitRocket Software, LLC of Miami, FL in the amount of $389,022 for software maintenance, subscription services and professional services and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same. (consent) 7.3 ID#19-6103 Approve a modified 5-year maintenance schedule and contract to Tyler Technologies, Inc. of Yarmouth, ME for maintenance and support fees for Munis Financials, Human Capital Management software and Tyler Systems Management in an amount of $1,233,793.63; authorize annual maintenance payment releases in accordance with the License and Services agreement approved by Council on May 16, 2017, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,233,793.63 over a five year-period 2019-2023 and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same.
