Engineering 7.1 ID#20-8555 Award a construction contract to Central Florida Contractors, Inc. of Seminole, Florida, per Invitation to Bid (ITB) 20-0026-EN for the 2021 Sidewalks project, in the amount of $750,000 for an initial one-year term with an option to renew for three, one-year renewal terms on a unit price basis, and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same.
