Engineering 6.1 Resolution Accept a Drainage and Utility Easement from the property owners of Vue 21-16 At Belleair Apartments for the construction, installation and maintenance of drainage and utility facilities on real property located at 1551 Flournoy Circle West, Clearwater and adopt Resolution 21-16. 6.2 Resolution Accept a Water Line Easement from the property owners of Vue At 21-17 Belleair apartments for the construction, installation, and maintenance of water line facilities on real property located at 1551 Flournoy Circle West, Clearwater and adopt Resolution 21-17.
