Zoning Regulations to provide for the creation of an Interstate Gateway
Corridor overlay zoning district which is designed to eventually be adopted
for the corridors in and around exits 20, 25 and 27 (p. 7-15).
B. Street Light Recommendation – Barbara Cloer located at 20th Street NE and
Shady Lane NW (Cleveland Utilities recommends the addition of one
100-watt high pressure sodium street light fixture be added) (p. 16-17).
C. Resolution No: 2014-24 – Authorizing the Mayor to sign an agreement
relating to an easement for the Bowman Avenue Drainage Project (p. 18-26).
D. Resolution No: 2014-25 – Authorizing the Mayor to sign a grant contract
with TDOT for the FY2013 Planning Assistance Grant (p. 27-43).

itself for up to $12 million for school capital improvement projects (p. 45-46).
