Public Hearing – To hear public comments concerning a request to abandon a portion of excess right-of-way on Linden Avenue SE between East Inman Street and 2nd Street SE (p. 2-5). B. Public Hearing – To hear public comments concerning a request to rezone 8.2 acres from IL Light Industrial to R2 Low Density Single and Multi-Family for a property located on Old Tasso Road and Blythe Ferry Road (p. 6-9). VI. CONSENT AGENDA A. Street Light Recommendation – Dewayne Lowe, Facilities Engineer with Whirlpool, located at the new Whirlpool West Plant Entrance on Benton Pike (Cleveland Utilities recommends, due to the TDOT road widening project a temporary installation of one 250-watt high pressure sodium Mongoose fixture. Also, with City Council approval, Cleveland Utilities will create a roadway lighting design, bid, order and install street lighting along the new City street) (p. 10-11). B. Street Light Recommendation – Mrs. Lynn Gorczynski located at 3455 Ridgeway Place NW (Cleveland Utilities recommends the addition of three 53-watt LED cobra fixtures and four poles to support fixtures and secondary wires. Tree trimming and removal will be required for this installation and upon approval of the street light recommendation Jeff Luther will communicate with Dan Hartman of the required clearing) (p. 12-13). C. Motion – To declare items from the Jetport as surplus property and to be sold on GovDeals.com (p. 14). D. Motion – To purchase an asphalt roller for Public Works Department (p. 15-17). VII.
