Resolution R-26-34 a Resolution to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a quitclaim deed to convey certain real property to the Charles E. Peterson and Judy A. Peterson Revocable Living Trust. G. COMMENTS 1. Comments from Public Any citizen desiring to address the Commission shall be recognized, advance to the podium, state his/her name and address for the record. Comments shall be limited to 3 minutes unless extended by a vote of the majority of the Commission. The Commission does not hear matters involving litigation or City Personnel. Public Hearing to allow the owner, owner’s agent, any lienholders of record and any occupant of the property located at 129 West 9th Street to show cause why the building should not be condemned and ordered to be repaired or demolished. 4. Resolution R-26-35 a Resolution finding the structure at 129 West 9th Street to be unsafe, dilapidated, and dangerous, and directing such structure to be repaired or removed, and the premises made safe and secure, as set out in the body of the Resolution. I. OLD BUSINESS J. NEW BUSINESS 1. Resolution R-26-36 a Resolution to approve the purchase of a 2026 Ram 3500 Crew Cab for the Coffeyville Fire Department. 2. Resolution R-26-37 a Resolution to approve a construction contract with J Graham Construction for the 2026 Street Improvement Project. 3. Resolution R-26-38 a Resolution to approve a work authorization agreement with Allgeier Martin and Associates for engineering services required for removal of on-street parking in front of Pete’s convenience store.  COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA 2 TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2026 4. Resolution R-26-39 a Resolution to authorize the submission of an application to the Kansas Department of Transportation City Connecting Link Improvement Program (CCLIP) and commit local matching funds for the Highway 166 and Gilham Avenue Pavement Restoration Project. 5. Resolution R-26-40 a Resolution authorizing and providing for the calling of a special question election in the City of Coffeyville, Kansas, for the purpose of submitting to the electors of the City the question of imposing a one-half cent Citywide retailers’ sales tax and providing for the giving of notice of said election. 6. Resolution R-26-41 a Resolution to amend the 2026 fee schedule for the City of Coffeyville. 7. Ordinance G-26-03 an Ordinance amending Chapter 28, Article VII, of the Code of Ordinances by adding a new section 28-149, to prohibit urinating or defecating in public. 8. City Manager’s Report 9.
