COMMON COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, September 10, 2024 - 7:00 P.M. Common Council Special Meeting Common Council Chambers Roll call was taken. PRESENT: EXCUSED: Mayor Keeler Council President Biggs Council Member Izzo Council Member Higgins Council Member Soloyna Council Member McCarthy Council Member Frainier Public Comment : Joe Ritchie asked about the sale of Saratoga Sites? Brian Kremer said the closing is tomorrow 09/11/2024 Resolution No. 42 for the year 2024 A Resolution to confirm an appointment to the City of Cohoes Library Board of Trustees. Council President Biggs made a MOTION to approve Resolution No. 42 for the year 2024. Seconded by Council Member Higgins. All members voted “AYE.” The motion passed. Ordinance No. 6 for the year 2024 An Ordinance amending the authorization of the Resurfacing and/or Repaving of Certain Streets in the City of Cohoes. Council President Biggs made a MOTION to approve Ordinance No. 6 for the year 2024. Seconded by Council Member Higgins. All members voted “AYE.” The motion passed. At 7:13 PM Council President Biggs made a MOTION to adjourn. Council Member Soloyna seconded the motion.
