MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE CITY OF COHOES HELD ON MONDAY, JUNE 26, 2023 IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member Melody Nadeau, Alternate Member Member Excused: David Emanatian Also Present: Complainant for Complaint No. 23-3 Complainant for Complaint No. 23-4 The meeting was called to order at 6:33 p.m. Items Considered: 1 The minutes of the June 6, 2023 meeting of the Board of Ethics were approved unanimously. 2 Complaint No. 23-3—The Board heard a presentation from the Complainant for Complaint No. 23-3 and discussed it with him. 3. Complaint No. 23-4—The Board heard a presentation from the Complainant for Complaint No. 23-4 and discussed it with him. The time and date for the next meeting of the Board will be determined in the near future. The meeting was adjourned at 7:22 p.m.
