AGENDA ITEM 2 NEW BUSINESS: 2.1 Review, discussion, and consideration for approval of Recommendation to Award Contract for City of Columbia City “C Street Sewer Improvements Project”, as submitted by Ryan Carney of Kennedy Jenks – Contracted City Engineer. MOVED (ZIGLINSKI), SECONDED (REINAN), AND VOTED UNANIMOUSLY TO APPROVE THE RECOMMENDATION AS SUBMITTED. 2.2 Council Bill 23-957: A Resolution Authorizing and Approving an Amended Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan Agreement between the State of Oregon, Acting By and Through Its Department of Environmental Quality, and the City of Columbia City, Oregon; Amending Resolution 20-1262-R. MOVED (ZIGLINSKI), SECONDED (CLARIDGE), AND VOTED UNANIMOUSLY TO APPROVE COUNCIL BILL 23-957. 2.3 Discussion and consideration for approval of a Memorandum from the City Administrator Recommending the Appointment of Mark A. Gordon as Municipal Court Judge for the City of Columbia City, Oregon. MOVED (THISTLE), SECONDED (ZIGLINSKI), AND VOTED UNANIMOUSLY TO APPROVED THE RECOMMENDED APPOINTMENT AS SUBMITTED. 2 - Special City Council Meeting January 11, 2023 AGENDA ITEM 3 ADJOURNMENT 3.1 There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 6:33 pm.
