Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting called to order at 6:03 p.m. Present: Councilman Jose Guardiola, Jacqueline Riggs-Gonzales, Lupita Arce, Jennifer Martin, Councilman Craig Hurst, Ronna Sanchez Absent: Kelly Reyos, Johni Grabinski, Angela Ramirez, Abraham Ramirez 2. Regular Business Items Board member Riggs-Gonzales gave an update on the latest financials. Approval of Minutes Meeting minutes of September 14, 2021 Attachments: 09/14/2021 Motion to approve minutes made by board member Riggs-Gonzales. Seconded by Sanchez. Motion was approved unanimously. 3. New Business Commerce City Eats Board members shared feedback on how the week of the event went, strategies for next years and things to approve upon. Art Exhibition Art Reception Proposed dates to hold events seem to rushed for some board members. Board member Martin proposed to have event in January/February of 2022 for more time to plan ahead. Rosemary Art Project Attachments: Rosemary Project Board members provided feedback on the upcoming Rosemary public art project. Martin encouraged anyone else that would like to help with social media to let her know. Planning Meeting/Retreat Staff shared agenda items and will be sending out an email with all the details. 5.
