Call To Order Hearing Officer Ablao called the meeting to order. 2. Public Hearings Pres 19-317 Application for the Retail Marijuana Store License of Sistem LLC dba Silver Stem Fine Cannabis located at 5275 Quebec St Appearing: Adam Stapen #27506, on behalf of the applicant Tina Scott- petitioner Brian Swann, on behalf of the city Stan Zislis, on behalf of the applicant Tway Clemens, 5842 Monaco St, neighborhood boundary citizen Tina Scott reported on her role in the petitioning process, her experiences, petition process and the results. Stan Zislis testified to his extensive experience in the cannabis industry, all licenses held, prior violations, expectations for the busines, use, floor plan, parking access, the licensed premise, employees, training and hours of operation. The hearing officer questioned the applicant about reviewing the local ordinances. Tway Clemens testified on his concerns about the flow of traffic into and out of the parking lot facility. Briain Swann made closing statements indicating that the city did not have any objection to the application. The hearing officer approved the license upon the following conditions: successful inspection by fire, police, building and fire, and continued compliance with all state and local rules, codes, laws and ordinances, and signage indicating exit direction, all to be completed within 90 days. 3.
