Call To Order/Roll Call Present 9 - Commissioner Brianna Talmadge, Commissioner Carlos Rojas, Commissioner Diana Munoz, Commissioner Emmanuel Zamora Galarza, Commissioner Jesus Vidana, Commissioner Kyle Pham, Commissioner Michael Kelley, Council Regular Nicole Frank, and Commissioner René Bullock Excused 5 - Commissioner Andrea Jimenez, Commissioner Jordan Robinette, Council Regular Jose Guardiola, Commissioner Michael Arvizu, and Commissioner Stephani Struwe Absent 2 - Commissioner Jahaira Bueno-Rodriguez, and Commissioner Jazmin Bueno 2. Ice Breaker Commissioner Emmanuel Zamora-Galarza facilitated the ice-breaker for the meeting. 3. Minutes Meeting minutes for April 18, May 2, and May 16. This was approved Min 19-83 Minutes 05/16/2019 Attachments: Minutes 4. Regular Business The Commerce City Day of Service will be Saturday June, 22 from 8 a.m. till time of completion. Commissioner Pham motioned to cancel meetings on July 4th and July 18th, and will not meet until the annual retreat on July 19th. Commissioner Talmade seconded. Motion was approved. Commissioners discussed agenda items to cover at the retreat. Commissioners discussed possible topics for the CCYCC as well as possible speakers.
