Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Member Bond, seconded by Member Emery to approve the September 18, 2018 minutes as submitted. VOTE: Unanimous. The motion passed. 3. Unfinished Business 18-75 Service Sustainability Model Attachments: Service Sustainability Model Presentation Cost Recovery Philosophy Director, Carolyn Keith discussed why we look at cost recovery/subsidy models. She asked the group to continue to study the model and encouraged members to ask questions. This is a subject that will be visited again with the group. The City will be updating their Comprehensive Plan in 2019. After that is completed, the Parks, Recreation and Golf Comprehensive Plan will be updated.
