Call To Order/Roll Call/Pledge of Allegiance Meeting called to order at 6:02 p.m. Attendees: Steve Douglas, Bruce Emery, Mary Hogan Chan, Adam Venanzi, Bret Walker, Paul Welander, Jacob Wilson Absent: Brendan Binns, Crystal Elliott, Justin Maillet Staff Present: Carolyn Keith, Derrick Tripp, Justin Layden, Elizabeth Belton, Maria Jepson, Amy Hendricks 2. Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Member Wilson, seconded by Member Emery, to approve the November 27, 2018 minutes as submitted. VOTE: Unanimous. The motion passed. Let the record show that Co-chair Walker arrived at 6:04 p.m. continued 3. Membership Update Members Loomis’ and Bond’s appointments on the committee have expired. Member Loomis is moving out of the area, and Member Bond indicated that she is interested, but has not re-applied at this time. 4. Unfinished Business 19-12 Veteran's Memorial Park Update - Mike Brown Attachments: Veteran's Memorial Presentation Update Staff will bring the proposed plan to the City Council Study Session on February 25th at 6:00 p.m. Staff will update the PRG Advisory Committee at the March 19th meeting. continued 5. Co-chair Walker requested that we include the name of the staff person presenting each agenda item in future agendas. He also requested that an official time slot be added to the agenda for City Council members to give updates. Amy Hendricks will be transitioning out of her administrative role with the committee. Going forward, Executive Administrative Supervisor, Maria Jepson will be filling this role. Members expressed their thanks and appreciation for Amy’s years of service 8.
