Approval of Minutes (February and March) A motion was made by Member Wilson, seconded by Member Bins to approve the February 19, 2019 and the March 19, 2019 minutes as submitted. VOTE: Unanimous. New Business 19-30 Electronic Agenda Distribution - Carolyn Keith PRG Director, Carolyn Keith spoke on the change of having the meeting agenda and handouts distributed electronically. This change has been implemented citywide for all of the community boards, commissions, and committees. If anyone has difficulty with this change, please let staff know.
