1. Call To Order/Roll Call/Pledge of Allegiance - 6:00 PM
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Co-Chair Houde.
Members Present: Rick Davis, Alejandro Garcia, Josh Houde, Craig Hurst, Shawn
McDowell, Kaitlin Nares, Chris Niyork, Bret Walker

3. Approval of Minutes
The approval of the February 15, 2022 was tabled until the April 19, 2022 meeting due
to not having a quorum.
4. New Business
22-57 Prairieways Action Plan Overview - Traci Ferguson, Park Planner
Attachments: 3-15 Presentation - Prairieways Action Plan and Trails
Parks Planner, Traci Ferguson, reviewed the details of the presentation that was
shared within the agenda packet which included its official adoption in 1999, the
mission, visual aids, park variations, trail variations, open spaces, trail connectivity,
trail projects, planning, collaborative projects and funding sources. Members shared
their questions, concerns and items that they feel should be prioritized. This feedback
and input will be beneficial as the master plan is updated and incorporates the safety
and connectivity issues identified.

Advisory Committee
City Clerk, Dylan Gibson, reviewed the Redistricting information that is shared on the
City’s website at: https://www.c3gov.com/redistricting Redistricting reviews are not new
and typically occur after the census data is compiled. PRG Advisory Committee
members and all city residents are being asked to review and share their feedback on
the various change options noting that no change is also an option. There is a
Community of Interest submission portal online to provide input directly and contact
information for any questions that may arise.

If anyone would like to be considered for the open co-chair position please reach out to
Co-Chair Houde or Director Keith to express interest and have any questions answered.
5. Unfinished Business
22-32 Future Agenda Items - Carolyn Keith
Director Keith discussed feedback received from the committee members that
completed the survey and she will send out a summary via email of the topics that
participants had indicated.
22-33 City Tour - Discuss April Date - Carolyn Keith
The survey input helped to narrow down the upcoming City tour to two date options.
Director Keith will follow up with members to finalize and coordinate the time and
location for those who are able to attend.

Director Keith reviewed the feedback received regarding meeting in person as well as
incorporating a hybrid style option going forward.
6. Council Member Reports & Information
Councilmember Davis reported on projects that were reviewed and had bond funding
designated at this week’s business meeting. He will continue to provide on these as
they begin to take shape and get underway.
7. Committee Member Reports & Information
No additional updates shared.
8. PRG Announcements
Distributed to all members via email on March 11, 2022.
A few fun items of note: PRG first undertaking of a Comic-Con event is March 19th.
Everyone is encouraged to check out this imaginative and family friendly activity. Bison
Grill has a great St. Patrick’s Day menu planned in addition to the upcoming
collaborative Recreation/Restaurant event that highlights menu items from the Titanic’s
final dinner service on April 14.
