Call To Order/Roll Call No quorum Present 4 - Staff Member Sheryl Carstens, Regular Member Billy Gurr, Regular Member James Kummerow, and Regular Member Jennifer Prather Absent 4 - Chair Valerie Medina, Regular Member Teri Smith, Regular Member Brendan Binns, and Regular Member Preston Martinez 2. Approval of Minutes Will be moved to July 3. Golf Tournament debrief Board members discussed what went well and what can be improved upon for next year. Daniela will email board members final financial report of the tournament. Special acknowledgement to Leigh Ann Noell, former staff liaison for the Quality Community Foundation who helped trememdously before and during the event. 4. Beer & Wine Tasting planning Daniela will send out an email to request a vote on ticket pricing for this year; whether to keep it the same or not. Marketing & strategy ideas discussed: -Share event on community Facebook pages -Have a well known EMCEE (performer, coach?) -Have a sponsor. If we had a radio sponsor they could help promote the event. -Some things to keep in mind is the audience we want to attract to the event, minimum/maximum value of silent auction items, 5. Other Business Instead of doing folder for members we will transfer that information online. Sheryl or Daniela will ask city IT whether there's any risk in creating an accounty for QCF members. 6.
