Call To Order/Roll Call Call to Order/Roll Call Present: Tonia Lopez, Jennifer Prather, Charles Dukes, Laurel Eller, Catherine Brady, Billy Gurr, Brendan Binns, Ed Hanson Absent: Jeff Ray, Sheryl Carstens Standing Items: •Financial report None •Strategic Planning No updates. Prather will bring back a report of activities per the approved goals. Gurr willgive a final recommendation of database for QCF to move forward with. 2. Approval of Minutes Minutes 12/11/2018 Attachments: Minutes Binns motioned to approve. Brady seconded. Minutes were approved. 3. Golf Tournament Gurr went over expectations. Gurr and Brady will continue leading efforts, therefore will be the point of contact for all related Golf Tournament things including potential partnerships. members who have talked to others on a QCF partnership should forward to Gurr and Brady. Binns expressed concern on work load and how the scholarship process would be distributed among partners. Gurr motioned to continue conversations with potential partners for a 2020 Golf Tournament, unless things are going well and partners are ready for a partnership this year. Eller seconded the motion. Motion was approved. Gurr presented two different date options for the 2019 golf tournament; June 7 with an evening start or June 14 with a morning start. After discussion on what option would give the best turnout. Gurr committed to reaching out to the golf manager at Buffalo Run Golf Course for a professional opinion. 4. Grants Upcoming grant assistance workshops are coming up. Deadline is February 4 for applications and January 31 for reports. Gurr and Brady will work on putting together a report on the 2018 grants.
