Approval of Minutes Minutes 01/03/2019 Attachments: Minutes This Minutes was approved 3. New Buisness • Public Speaking Exercise Michael Kelley led commissioners into a public speaking exercise. • 2019 CCYC Conference- Looking Ahead Commissioners decided that each month from February to October they will focus on one specific tasks for the conference. The focus for February will be conference location/date. Commissioners also decided that new conference topics as well as new conference speakers will be considered for the 2019 CCYCC. • Future Youth Commission Meetings Commissioners decided that this year new activities will be added to each month's agenda. The monthly activity for February will be an HR Workshop. 4. Other Calendar of Events Commissioners went over the calendar of upcoming events. 5. Announcements Announcements Commissioner Pham invited the group to his upcoming presentation at theWestern Stock Show on 1/23.
